Option 1: Full Payment

1. Kindergarten to Elementary Grade 2 = K3,100.00
2. Grade 3 to Grade 6 = K4,100.00
3. Grade 7 to Grade 8 = K5,100.00
4. Grade 9 to Grade 10 = K6,100.00
5. Grade 11 to Grade 12 = K7,500.00

Option 2: Termly Payments for 3 Terms (Term 1, 2 and 3 Only).

6. Kindergarten to Elementary Grade 2 = K1,200.00 Per Term
7. Grade 3 to Grade 6 = K1,500.00 Per Term
8. Grade 7 to Grade 8 = K1,870.00 Per Term
9. Grade 9 to Grade 10 = K2,200.00 Per Term
10. Grade 11 to Grade 12 = K2,650.00 Per Term

SCHOOL FEE PAYMENT GUIDELINES

Parents are to read carefully the school fee payment agreement before signing and submitting the enrolment forms and making payments.

SCHOOL TIMES (2021)

Schooling Instruction Hours are: Kindergarten to Grade 2 [8:00am-01:30pm). Grade 3 to Grade 12 (8:00am to 3:00pm).
School Bus Drop Offs begins 20 Minutes after the finishing time.

Note: We have EFTPOS Machines at Chapter Schools where parents can pay their children's fees using Bank Cards.

Paying by Bank Deposits, state on the deposit the following information: [i] Student's formal registered name(s); [ii] Grade Enrolled and Chapter School.

Please read the withdrawal and refund policy carefully when enrolling your students.

SCHOOL UNIFORMS POLICY

School Uniforms are part of the student's idendity and pride towards their learning. SCHOOL UNIFORM POLICY are as follows:

1. School issued uniforms must be worn everyday from Monday to Friday.
2. Dressing must be neat with shoes (black shoes and white socks). No tongs or slippers will be allowed in school.
3. School bags must be used to carry books, lunch and other learning kits to and from school.
4. No torn or broken uniforms are to be worn to school.
Students who do not wear proper uniforms will NOT be allowed into class.
Every Friday will be Socialization Day [SD]. Students will come in SD wears. Students will be grouped into SD House colours after enrolment. SD T-Shirts are also sold at School. Refer Price List

TRANSPORT DROP OFF AND PICK UP

Traffic jam in Port Moresby is causing unnecessary delays for school children and working people. After years of trying to pick up and drop off children at their home, it has been a real challenge. The school has adopted measures to beat this.

School buses leave the school area as early as 6:00am every school days and start pickup between 6:30am to 7:00am.
The following pickup arrangement are planned effective 2021:


• Kindergarten to Elementary Grade 2, and Grade 3 to Grade 6 [The bus will pick-up and drop off from/at their homes].
• Grade 7 to Grade 12, the following pickup and drop-off points and time are allocated. [Refer to the pickup and drop off schedules]

TRANSPORT FEES

Transport Fees are paid either annually or Termly. All transport fees must be paid at the beginning of each term for easy pickup and drop off transport services. Transport fees varies depending on the zones below.
Zone 1 = Within City Limits = K1,500.00 per year or K450.00 per Term.
Zone 2 = Outside of City [Laloki, Beyond Bomana Turnoff, Goldie, Beyond Dogura, Beyond ATS Turnoff, Beyond ATLAS Steel (Tatana), Eda Town to Boira and Porebada = K2000.00 per year or K550.00 per Term. ]
